Metric Definitions
- Valid Days: a day counts when live ≥ 2h AND matches ≥ 5 AND games ≥ 5.
- Match Count: successful matches with call duration ≥ 60s.
- Game Count: social games started (excluding Slots/Roulette) with at least 1 non-agency/agent participant.
- Live Hours: voice room live hours only (game room excluded).
- Total Hours: on-mic hours + voice room live hours (game room excluded).
